- Return Period
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return requests submitted after this period may not be processed.

The packaging and accompanying items are complete.
The goods do not affect resale.

For returns not due to product quality issues, return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer. For returns due to product issues, related costs will be handled according to the specific circumstances.
